Business Development Officer – Telecommuting
(permanent 9 months per year, starting August 23 or 30, 2022)
Full time is not for you.
Neither does working in the summer or during the holiday season.
That said, you enjoy making cordial and personalized connections with new individuals. You feel comfortable thinking and acting like a brand ambassador. With the right coaching, you see yourself qualifying potential clients to do business with your partners in a win-win relationship. Finally, you want to be part of a team, for technical or professional support, but be autonomous and have the flexibility to achieve.
Primary Duties:
- Understand and assimilate the partner’s well-structured arguments and texts, and personalize each communication according to the interlocutor;
- Identify the decision-maker of the target company, collect data to prepare, communicate by phone and in writing with him/her;
- Organize follow-ups and coordinate virtual appointments between the contact person and the client manager;
- Participate in group discussions to evaluate the work done and adjust the focus as needed.

- Part-time (15 to 30 hours per week, depending on your schedule)

Salary Offered:
- 18/hour for the first 100 hours (approval time)
- After approval, performance-based salary evaluation
- Annual salary review
Work Period:
- August 23 or 30 to December 3, 2021 and January 10, 2022 to June 22, 2022 (terminations with expected return dates)
Assets:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French, basic English
or
- English speaker with good French
- Experience in communications, theatre/improvisation or business development
